The Data Encoder will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across our various systems. Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and verify data in our databases and systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of the data being entered.
- Perform data cleansing to eliminate duplicates and correct errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and clarify data requirements.
- Generate periodic reports reflecting data accuracy and trends.
- Assist in training new staff members on data entry processes.
- Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficient in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
