Job Overview

As part of our team, the Part-Time Job Exit Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the complex process of leaving a part-time job. This includes providing guidance on resignation letters, exit interviews, and transitioning to new opportunities. In this position, you will help clients articulate their experiences, understand their rights, and develop a positive exit strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients seeking to leave a part-time job, assessing their unique situations and needs.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for resigning, including crafting effective resignation letters and preparing for exit interviews.
• Assist clients in identifying their strengths and future career aspirations to gain clarity on their next steps.
• Develop and deliver workshops aimed at enhancing clients’ skills in resignation and professional transitions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to integrity standards throughout the exit process.
• Collaborate with our team of career coaches and counselors to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Stay updated on employment law and labor rights to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Part-Time Job Exit Coordinator will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in career counseling, human resources, or coaching is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for providing constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and understanding of the part-time job landscape.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Skype, etc.).

Work Schedule

This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability and our clients’ needs. Hours may include evenings and weekends, depending on client consultations.
