Position Overview

The CRA Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in our clinical trials by managing data from various research projects accurately and efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail, outstanding data entry skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our clinical trial management systems.
• Review and ensure data quality and integrity, performing regular audits to identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clinical research associates and other team members to gather and verify data.
• Generate reports to track data entry progress and highlight areas requiring attention.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory documents and submissions as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support project team meetings with insights based on data analysis.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably within a clinical research environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinical trial management software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulations is a plus.
