Available Positions

We are looking for passionate individuals to fill the following positions:

• Family Support Specialist: Provide in-home support and guidance to families in crisis, helping them learn effective coping strategies and access community resources.
• Youth Counselor: Work directly with at-risk youth, offering counseling, mentorship, and support to help them navigate personal challenges and develop essential life skills.
• Program Coordinator: Oversee various community programs, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively meet the needs of our clients.
• Administrative Support: Assist with office management, data entry, and communications to help streamline the operational side of our services.
• Outreach Coordinator: Build and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery and promote our programs to a wider audience.

Qualifications

To be considered for the available Spectrum Youth and Family Services jobs, applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
• Experience in youth or family services, counseling, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
