Your Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages and testing frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop end-to-end testing strategies.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
Analyze test results and report on quality metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in test automation technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software testing and test automation.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and testing processes.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CI/CD tools is a plus (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Proficient in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
