Position Overview

The Online Banking Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs through digital channels. This position requires a commitment to providing exemplary service and a deep understanding of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online banking inquiries and transactions.
• Provide support via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Guide customers through the online application process, including the bank online job apply feature.

• Address customer complaints effectively and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement service improvements.

Qualifications
