Your Role as a Nurse in Duty

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

Valid nursing license in the state of practice
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced life support (ACLS) certification preferred
