• Compliance: Stay updated on HEDIS measure changes and quality improvement practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience in HEDIS data collection, abstraction, and reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
