Role Overview

As an Associate Ambulance Practitioner, you will work as part of a dynamic team, responding to emergency calls and providing critical patient care. This role requires excellent clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding to emergencies and non-emergency calls in a timely manner.
Assisting in the assessment and treatment of patients in a pre-hospital environment.
Providing high-quality patient care in line with clinical guidelines and protocols.
Working collaboratively with emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
Transporting patients safely while continuously monitoring their condition.
Documenting patient interactions and treatments in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and competencies.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate for our Associate Ambulance Practitioner position will have a passion for helping others and a strong foundation in clinical skills. We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:

Registered with a relevant professional body (e.g., Health and Care Professions Council, HCPC).
Recognized qualification in Paramedic Science or a related field.
Prior experience in a pre-hospital setting is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
