1. Mortgage Loan Officer

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process. Your duties will include:

• Assessing clients’ financial situations and determining suitable mortgage products
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners
• Preparing loan applications, underwriting documentation, and closing packages
• Staying informed on mortgage regulations and industry trends

2. Loan Processor

The Loan Processor plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage application process. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Reviewing loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborating with Loan Officers and Underwriters to facilitate approvals
• Communicating with clients to gather additional information as needed
• Tracking the status of applications and ensuring timely follow-up

3. Underwriter

As an Underwriter, you will make key decisions regarding loan approvals by analyzing financial information provided by loan applicants. Your tasks include:

• Evaluating loan applications against company guidelines and federal regulations
• Assessing credit histories, debt-to-income ratios, and property appraisals
• Providing detailed reasoning for approval or rejection of applications
• Working closely with Loan Officers and processors to ensure streamlined operations
