The Bank Computer Operator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and banking applications. This position involves monitoring and troubleshooting computer systems, processing transactions, and providing technical support to staff and customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain bank computer systems and applications to ensure their optimal performance.

• Maintain documentation related to procedures, incidents, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, applications, and networks.
• Familiarity with banking software and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
