Role Overview

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.

  • Documenting all interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably using chat platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple chat sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
