Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of football operations, including team logistics, match preparations, and player management.
• Coordinate with coaching staff, medical teams, and other departments to ensure optimal performance and wellbeing of players.
• Oversee all aspects of team travel arrangements, including accommodation and transport logistics.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff and players.
• Manage budgets related to football operations, including scouting and player development initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between the team and various stakeholders, including sponsors, media, and fans.

Qualifications

• A degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a football operations role or similar environment.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance management software.
• Deep understanding of football regulations, league structures, and industry trends.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the football schedule.
