Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels including social media, networking events, job boards, and Google Jobs.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers promptly after each stage of the interview process.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants, ensuring compliance with employment laws and data protection regulations.
- Utilize analytics to track recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Jobs and effective recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
