Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families as they navigate respiratory health challenges.

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or home care setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of respiratory equipment and therapies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• CPR certification and other relevant certifications in respiratory care.
