We are currently seeking talented, enthusiastic individuals to fill various roles within our organization. The following are some of the vacancies available:

1. Community Engagement Officer

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum

• Develop and implement strategies to encourage community engagement.
• Work with local residents and partners to build relationships and address community needs.
• Organize events and activities to foster a sense of community belonging.

2. Property Management Coordinator

Location: Gateshead
Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 per annum

• Manage day-to-day operations of property management.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to maintain properties.

3. IT Support Specialist

Location: Durham
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 per annum

• Provide technical support to staff and residents regarding IT-related issues.
• Manage IT systems and assist in implementing technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes.

4. Marketing Officer

Location: Sunderland
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum

• Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote Karbon Homes.
