Job Overview

As a machine worker at ABC Manufacturing Company, you will play a critical role in maintaining our production standards and ensuring that our products meet quality specifications. You will operate and monitor various machinery and equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, addressing malfunctions as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate records of production metrics and machine maintenance.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.

Working Conditions
