Position Overview

The nurse we seek will perform a variety of essential nursing tasks, contributing to the overall wellness and recovery of our patients. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical histories.
• Administer medications and intravenous treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform physical exams and diagnostic tests to evaluate patient condition.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the patient and healthcare team.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with patients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
