The Role
As a Public Bank Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, and assist customers with their banking needs. This role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services.

- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software tools.
