Position Overview

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will leverage your expertise in testing methodologies, your eye for detail, and your analytical skills to deliver high-quality software that satisfies our clients’ needs and aligns with our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a detailed and efficient manner.
• Coordinate testing efforts between development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Perform both manual and automated testing on software applications across different platforms.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure clarity and testability.
• Engage in continuous improvement by proposing innovative solutions and improvements to testing processes.
• Provide feedback on functional specifications and actively participate in product development meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for quality and the ability to work independently.
