Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Solar Project Manager

As a Solar Project Manager, you will oversee solar installation projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating project timelines and budgets.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conducting site assessments and analyses to optimize project performance.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Solar Sales Consultant

Join our sales team as a Solar Sales Consultant, where you will play a vital role in educating customers about solar solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting home energy assessments and determining customer needs.
• Explaining solar technology and finance options to clients.
• Generating leads and following up with potential customers.
• Collaborating with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.

3. Solar Technician

We are looking for skilled Solar Technicians to install and maintain solar energy systems. Key duties include:

• Installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.
• Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues in solar systems.
• Staying updated with the latest solar technologies and techniques.
• Providing excellent customer service and education to system owners.

Qualifications
