Position Overview

As a Tableau Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing data trends, and providing insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data visualization effectively communicates our insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can influence business decisions.
Provide training and support to team members on Tableau best practices and data visualization techniques.
Maintain and optimize existing Tableau dashboards for efficiency and usability.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics activities.
Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and data visualization trends to continuously enhance our reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Tableau is required, preferably in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to present data in a compelling manner.
Experience working with other data visualization tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
