Your Role as a Warehouse CSR

As a Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless experience for customers by delivering accurate information and addressing inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and logistics processes. You will work closely with warehouse staff, operations, and management to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between clients and warehouse operations, providing timely updates and resolution to inquiries.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries, addressing customer concerns efficiently.
• Coordinate and process orders accurately in our database while ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel to resolve any delivery or order discrepancies.
• Input shipment data into company software and track deliveries to ensure timelines are met.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our services and products.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek candidates who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Ideal candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and possess the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
